I agree to comply with and abide by the Constitution of the Confrérie and all other rules, regulations and bylaws. Due to the intrinsic nature of the art of sabrage, I agree to take all necessary precautions prior to, during and after the practice of the art of sabrage to ensure the personal safety and wellbeing of all members, visitors and guests. I confirm I shall be personally responsible and liable for the safekeeping and use of my saber should I purchase. I also agree and accept personal responsibility and liability for all claims, injuries, loss, and damage or otherwise, whether direct or consequential, whenever or howsoever caused, by my use of the saber or the practice of the art of sabrage and I shall indemnify and hold the Confrérie harmless in respect of all and any such claims, injuries, loss or damage.
